Quadrangle/Parallel Properties Offices are open with normal business hours and available for your needs via e-mail and phone.  Our offices have been relocated to 6014 Delmar Blvd. Saint Louis, MO 63112

Leasing

The leasing season for 2023-24 will kick off in April.  Our availability is currently very limited for summer move in.  If you are looking to move now through May we are ready to help!

• We are offering in person tours by appointment.
• Vacant units will be shown – we currently are not showing occupied apartments.
